Get Back in the Line, Little One
by TWOH
Get back in the line, little one.
Cover your rosy lips and posy nose.
Cover your shining cheeks.
Cover your pearly teeth.
Cover your bright smiles and meaningful frowns.
Get back in the line, little one.
Keep your tender blossom mouth shut tight.
Keep your hands to yourself.
Keep six feet of distance.
Keep your eager mind shut; no thoughts allowed.
Get back in the line, little one.
Stay in your own seat and sit very still.
Stay in your own circle.
Stay away from your friends.
Stay safe by always following these rules.
Get back in the line, little one.
Disinfect your mind so you cannot think.
Disinfect your wee body.
Disinfect your grand soul.
Disinfect your soaring spirit of its joy.
Get back in the line, little one.
Dear Margaret Anna Alice, On a somewhat brighter side, perhaps more and more parents will be finding ways to avoid placing their children into institutions for a large proportion of their childhoods. Blessings and love to you, TWOH
This gave me chills and hurt my heart. The psychological torment being wreaked on these poor children will have devastating ramifications for decades to come.
